Parkside Family Practice is utilising HotDoc to send patients recall messages, in place of traditional letters sent via post.
“HotDoc Recalls sends scheduled health reminders to patients by SMS. Developed as Australia’s first secure electronic recalls system, HotDoc Recalls meets full RACGP accreditation and privacy standards.”
Recalls and reminders will be sent as generic SMS containing a link to the HotDoc platform. The recipient will be asked to verify their surname and date of birth to access the recall message.
Once the recipient’s details have been verified, their personal recall message will appear.
Appointments can be made online via the HotDoc platform/ phone app, or by calling the practice on 8271 3985.
Don’t want to receive recalls via HotDoc?
No problems. Please let our receptionists know that you wish to Opt Out of HotDoc recalls. We will continue to send you recall letters the traditional way.
Questions?
