After hours medical attention
The practice offers an after-hours service. If you require urgent attention out of normal consulting hours, phone the surgery on (08) 8271 3985.
If it is an emergency, phone 000.
We ask patients to make every effort to attend the surgery for consultations; however we will visit a patient at home if their condition prevents them from coming to the surgery and if they live within a reasonable distance from the surgery.
Please advise us as early in the day as possible if a visit is required.
Recall and reminder system
The practice is committed to preventive care and may issues you with a reminder notice from time to time, using SMS, HotDoc or by traditional letter, offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care. Examples of this might include screening tests, blood tests and immunisation reminders.
If you do not wish to be part of the recall and reminder system, or wish to update how you receive recalls and reminders, please speak with the reception staff.
